Ive been on GR for a while now but I dont really post much. I stop visting the site of a while and I come back and in every thread all I see is people asking for credits and +rep. For every little render they post people are like ,"Gimme credits or plus rep!!!" I dont if it just me but I belive that pretty damn anoyying. They act like there a big race for the person with the most credits and rep. And by the way rep is earned not asked for.
This was definitely established a little while ago. Hence you will see the "Rep is NOT Currency" tags under people's sigs.
i dont think rep is a currency but i think in the case with renders i think a +rep is just showing your appreciation for the renders but i dont think it should be used for sig sales or stuff like that
I get -Repped by these annoying people that try to stick up for others that I -Rep for doing something stupid.
Don't get the big deal with rep. doesn't proove anything. wow a bunch of kids on the internet think I am cool! Its stupid
Yeah I don't really understand the point of it. I get the point of them saying "give me credits!" and stuff. Credits are pretty big on this site due to its capabilities but what's the purpose of rep??
when i post a render i usualy say its free and if you like it you can cred/rep, its not a big deal to me if i have the most rep or the most creds.
