Free Windows Skins?

    I'm looking for something free that can spruce up my desktop, but the only thing so far that I've found for free are trials for WindowBlinds and the like.

    I'm not looking for a trial, I want the full thing.

    Any programs for free?

    you can download the media center style, search on google
    for royale theme
