haha i do sleep, but ive always worked nights since leaving school, i was also in college at the time so i was only getting like 3 hours sleep each night so im kind of used to not having alot of sleep, i try to get atleast 6 hours though I dont know what you can do, maybe you should go and see a doctor, maybe they will give you some sleeping tablets
i just stay up late during hols/weekends and get up late whenever i can, im lucky cause i go to college now and i have 2 days a week where i get a lay in so my body clock is all over the place.
I am weird as well. I wake up a 6 36 AM every moring. I have never used a alarm clock in my life, it is just always 6 36 AM. Weekends are really weird as well, either it is 7 53 or 8 33 Almost every moring. It is just weird.
Well if it's just that your body gets into a routine then theres not much a doctor can do. I do the exact same thing sometimes, I can basically go without an alarm clock. Normally I wake up like 3 mins before my alarm goes.
Same thing for me. I always thought I needed an alarm clock, but ever since it broke I've been waking up at like 7.00 to 7.30 every school morning, which is exactly the time I need to get up. It's strange. I don't think there's a whole load you can do to change it...
Same thing happens to me. On weekends I wake up at around 7:30. Weekdays it's 6:30. I don't really mind though, I hate it when people sleep until 12:00 or something. That's like half the day right there.
Medication isn't the key to anything, it's all in the mind to make yourself fall asleep, do it the natural way. What do I do? Pull out a math textbook and study/read till your eyes fall out, your consious will beg you to fall asleep, works like a charm. Turkey isn't a bad thing to make you fall asleep, a glass of milk can do the trick, but there's been weird rumours about milk containing pus, I won't get into that though.
I wake up at 5:30 regardless. I've been out of high school for months now. It's a normal thing; your body clock adjusts to it. Albeit, it doesn't help that I have an alarm to get me up at six, but still, your body adjusts.
I had the same problem, i get up at 4:30 am every morning, and on weekends I would still get up at the same time. I have found that if i'm more active during the day (excercising and what not) then i sleep in longer. You could just take some sleeping pills, but watch out for the side effects.
