Sleep

    i wake up at quarter past 7 everymorning to get up get ready and o off to school but when i6t comes to hols or weekends either im a weird kid or my body clock is just uber good cos i wake up still at quarter past 7 eaach morning no matter what day yes this can b good if i have to get up early but its really annoying so.. has anyone got any good ideas how to sleep longer and slo i cant lie in im just too restless

    Just go to bed later.

    Sometimes I wake up early on holidays/weekends which annoys me, but I can usually just fall back to sleep. Sometimes it's good, as I tend to remember dreams that I've had after a lie in more than just after a normal sleep.

    But you can't force laziness, you just have to let it become you :]

    Can't say i have the same problem i sleep through pretty much anything :D
    But yeah i don't really think there's away to force you're self to sleep longer just depends on what your internal clock wants you to do ;)

    I the same problem :P. Do what Kramer does on seinfeld I suppose. Set a time in your head you want to wake up, then BAM! TOL

    either knock urselfout or have someone do it for u or just take some sleeping pills but i dont recomend either of these :tongue:

    i used to have the same type of sleeping pattern. leave it, it's a good thing. you will need to start waking up earlier in a few years and waking up at the same time everyday will turn out to be a good thing. for example, i have to wake up at 5:30 everyday to get ready for school so i am very thankful for my consistency.

    I go to bad at 3am-4am on weekends and wake up at like 12.

    If you got at 7am there is no way you will wake up after 15 minutes. lol

    try drinking milk and eating turkey the triptithan will knock you out.

    Just wake your self up earlier and then you will be so tired that you will sleep longer:P

    I have no idea but good luck

    k well i have gone to bed a 4 once and i woke up at quarter to 7 still lol im ----ed really and also its my birthday 2 day yay lol
