I'm creating a new website night's portal with some sub websites
like cs modding and this is a template
tell me what you think? how can i improve?

Hm, I like the banner, even though the text looks kind of thin. But the rest of the page is a little boring in my taste. Try add more things on the site, for example announce places. But keep it up man!

 

ty but i don't think it's needed an announce place because
it will show the news at start, but maybe i'll do it, i'll see when i coded it ty for the tip & comments
any more?

 

Looks good, needs some filler content to get a better feel for it.

 

i dont think the banner fits with the rest of the templae.
and like sadplace said, add some more things to it maybe.

Something to make it spicy and more original
When I see it I get the impression I've seen a douzin just like it before, try and make it so people don't get that feeling anymore(I don't know if every one gets that feeling, but at least I do.)

 

well first of all add dummy text to fill it up

2nd the banner doesnt fit

the text on the banner doesnt go with the banner

but aisde from that i like it

also maybe put some boxes on the other side so it can be even

but thats just me

You shouldnt have wasted time on anti rip.

 

What you need to remember is that a template doesn't have to look like a skin. In my opinion, each part of a template should be somehow joint to the other, it makes easier navigation, and it makes it look like a template, not a skin.

 

Text in the menu boxes could be a lot better, but it looks quite good!

 

I changed a bit only some brush overlay now i read your posts so i'm going to think some more
