And I still haven't got it from him. I've sent hime two PMs asking where they where and he hasn't answered them. Now I don't care about the tag I just want my 400 creds back.

That sounds like a BAD lie, but I am not going to assume anything. If it is true, why can't you send him the .psd? Do you and your brother share the same computer? If he lives somewhere else why do you share the same GR account? Why would you if you were at home. I am sorry but some things just don't add up.
