Last I knew you can... But it probably depends on the phone. Make sure it's compatable with the company.

    Stop being stupid guys.

I know that Verizon phones use some different service on their phones from other carriers, so chances are you can't. I forget what the actual term and details on it were, so just do research on the phone and the carrier you want to use the phone with.

most phones are locked to their netowkr, but its possible to unlock them.. so in short you can have any phone on any network if its unlocked... as for PDA's i dont know too much about em, but internet is free if your connecting to an access point, if going through WAP then it's chargable.

Hope that was of some help

Verizon to Cingular is a no. It all depends on the company, and compatability. For example, Sprint uses their battery as an info holder too, while Cingular uses their SIM card.

Well, I have a T- Moble phone, using a Digicel(Jamaican cell phone service) SIM card, I dunno if thats what you're talking about, if it is, then yeah, thats possible.

If the phone uses the GSM network, it won't work if you use Verizon since their networks use CDMA. Pretty sure the GSM network is used by just about every other carrier outside of Verizon. Unlocking the phone won't make a difference.
