    I am trying to cancel a Transaction that is still processing, it is $40.00 transferring from my bank to my paypal, but I want to cancel it, because I am trying to Instant Transfer that $40 to Black Fuse.

    Don't think you have that possibiliy.
    You get a screen asking for confirmation once you entered the payment but if you accept that, I don't think there'sany way of cancelling.

    You can not cancel an internal (between you and your bank, etc.) transaction. You will be charged any overdraw fees that apply, unless the funds were accessed illegally by another person.
