    I think he wants to change the look of his UI (User Interface) for windows. As previously posted Wincustomize is really good and look into getting Windows Blinds. WinCustomize has 1000's of skins posted for free. :)

    Although, I could be wrong.

    Lol and I though it was about IPB because I am also looking for free IPB skins which are not so loaded and are simpl :)

    will any of the downloadable skins on wincustomize work for Win98?
    -i know its a really old Oerating System :(
