When Intricate Illusions was just an idea, I PM'd Logicaly my application and was accepted, but because crew fees were 5000 credits I was to put in 1000 credits and the other members 1000 as well so it totalled 5000c, to become a legitimate crew.

About 3 days ago I was kicked. I was kicked because I "disputed with two members and a friend and the attitude isn't needed".

    Here are the 3 disputes:
Street: In IRC, the GR IRC, somebody asked if they thought this one thing was a rip. They linked to the topic here and I said it clearly wasn't ripped, just mimiced as the effects were the same but different shaped, etc. So then the guy who thought it was ripped starts flaming me, and then Street and some others back him up and complain and say I'm wrong etc.
So the next day I come into the Intricate Illusions IRC Channel and Street was there, so I said "wtf?!" and some complaints. Entropy was there and I remember him from the IRC too, not necessarily bashing me but he came later and was arguing the day before. I didn't know Chopically in IRC was Entropy at the time, so I asked Dementia what they were doing in the IRC. I had jumped the gun on them as when I saw them got annoyed, yes. So Dementia said I either stop or find a new crew.

Broken a few days ago before I got my named changed, he was in the II IRC. I said I was going to change it to "fuesion". He was the only one in there. He starts off with "Feusion? :|" and "thats stupid" or something similar. So then I asked him for suggestions and each name I had he thought it was retarded. He continually used the ":|" and I kept trying to make suggestions but he hated them all, and ever since I was in IRC when I paid 1000c for this crew he has always shrugged me off or been mean spirited against me, as whenever I said something he had something to make it stupid, or he'd say nothing at all.

So another day passes and I go into IRC, and Broken yet again starts with my name after I asked everybody to update their sigs because of my name change. He made a sarcastic or mean remark and I said "Broken, I'm tired of your attitude...afk".

I come back and it says I'm banned from that IRC Channel.

So I go to the II thread in the off-topic board and question why when Dementia says I've been kicked from the group.

After two pages of me and Dementia going back and forth with why I didn't or did deserve it, I said forget it and I just asked for my 1000 credits back as I was kicked in less than 4 days of being a member.

On that I was unfairly kicked, I just told Broken I was sick of the way he was acting, so they kicked me. Dementia said in the thread it was because I didn't stop after the warning, then it changes to having 3 disputes later on. He changed his reasoning, from I didn't stop (since I had only told Broken I was tired of his acting) to the 3 together. So basically he changed it to a decent reason for my kick. Changed it so yes it was unfair in that itself. The 3 disputes were minor as it was.

In any case I asked for my credits back then. *Fire* was accepted the day, or the day before I was kicked.

There are currently just 5 members, and since I was removed *fire* takes my 5th place. Therefore he should have to pay 1000c as it is.

I am not supporting a group that unfairly kicked me, let alone getting kicked in 4 days is a scam in itself. For all I knew they could of planned to boot me from the beginning anyways because "they didn't really know me".

I consider them to have stole 1000c, that I had to pull alot of strings to even get.

*fire* has more than enough and he is the 5th member anyways. He should have to pay 1000 for the crew himself now.

The II crew has scammed me out of 1000 credits and I would like them back.

I'd also prefer Shaggy to deal with this. An IRC and GMod as crew leaders? Come on. Thats why I don't want another GMod to deal with this really. I don't know who's friends with who as well as its the same level of authority here and thats not what I'd like to happen. So please do not close until Shaggy posts his official word. I'm always happy to hear what you Gmods would think though.

For more detail on my supports against my kick please visit the thread in the off-topic board:

Post questions if you have them and I'll answer them.

    Thanks,
    Shukaku

You're stupid. Here have a cookie. First off, napalm joined the channel and was joking around and called Rx (the guy who supposedly ripped) a ripper. Of course he didn't have any proof and was joking. You took it upon yourself to flame him, and considering napalm is more of an irc-regular than you, we backed him up.

Now as to the second part, quit being a moron. I was in the channel and idled (meaning I didn't speak). You took it upon yourself to bring up the past days events and called me a prick out of nowhere. Of course I defended myself.

Also, if you can't take a joke you may as well never rejoin IRC because that's all it's about. Fun. As for Broken, he says ':|' a lot. Also, you have no idea how fair Gmods are. One of my good friends Logicaly has no trouble suspending me or warning me if I break the rules, but we're still very good friends so don't try that excuse. If mods were biased they wouldn't be around very long.

    Enjoy your well deserved -rep.

I'm not playing favorites or anything, this is just how I see it. There isn't any rule saying that the 5 members together have to pool their credits to pay the 5000 credit fee, so it's something you all chose to do. You chose to give up the 1000 credits to help the crew, nobody forced you. You could've picked a different crew and not had to pay, but you didn't. So in my eyes, you forfeited those 1000 credits and we have no obligation to repay them.

Thank you Street for negative repping me for this thread, it was very nice of you to post here with no help to the situation. I hope you enjoy your fine/suspension if you are found not adding anything useful to this. I was explaining the situation, so you even abused your rep priviliges. Nice. Also don't expect somebody new to the IRC to know everything about each member.

And .Apex yea he's busy, I know, but Dementia himself via MSN said he'd personally ask for this to be left open until Shaggy gets around to it.

    Merged Post:

And Axiom I was asked to put 1000c in, thats what they said I'd need to do. So in that way of thinking then if I hadn't come *fire* would of been asked to pay 1000.

So for all I knew I could of paid 1000c and then they could of planned to kick me all along. Whether thats true or not, that is a possibility.

edit: I'd also like to thank you Street for editing your post to make it less asshole-ish. Next time I'll quote it.

Yes, I ask that either a) a mod closes this until shaggy can respond, or B) this be left open (which will ofc cause numerous accounts of flaming towards shukaku, but your guys' choice ultimately).

Leave it open to flame him, it was his choice to donate the credits.

To prevent a future topic about your rep, I will clarify it now. You were being a prick in the IRC. IRC is a part of the forum. I needed a topic to -rep you in. Would you have rather had me -rep you in a different topic?

Yes, they chose to have the members pool the credits together. It was still a voluntary choice as you had the opportunity to decline and go find a different crew if you wished. Had fire been in your position, yes they would've had him pay. That, however, doesn't negate the fact that it was your decision on whether or not to pay that fee they asked of you.

I'm closing this for now, any further -reps given in this thread will be met with swift punishment.

Just adding my comments to this before reclosing it.

See, I have this thing, its called an IRC log...where it shows discussions of us discussing your attitude and behavior AFTER the incidents announced. It was a unanimous crew decision to have you removed based upon the conflicts you where involved in, in the short amount of time we had known you.

There was no scam to steal your credits. We could have easily covered the cost of credits ourselves, and not even blinked an eye at it. We asked you, if you could put in 1,000 credits, you agreed. You then screwed up, your behavior was unacceptable, because lets face it, you cant be in a crew when you have conflicts with half the crew within the few days your in. So we took a vote, the entire crew agreed to remove you. It was NOT just a leadership decision.

The fault is your own, for your behavior, and nobody forced you to give up the 1k credits, you could have said no, or went to another crew, you CHOSE to join ours, and pitch in the 1k.
