Program Won't Open

    Well i downloaded PS (photoshop) so i could use IR (imageready) CS2 but then when and after the install i click on the IR exe file, and it won't open, then when i turn off the computing it saids ending program, whats wrong.

    Can some one help me.

    I get no error as well.

    PS opens though

    If you still have the setup program, then I would suggest that you reinstall.

    Does it appear under applications and processes in the Task Manager?

    Yes it does appear ImageReady.exe the CPU 94 15064K memory usage.

    I've reinstalled 3 times.

    Email adobe with your proof of purchase ;) They'll be happy to help paying customers.


    Unless you're implying you illegally downloaded it which will not be tolerated in any shape or form?

    (Treading on thin ice here...)

    If you are using a crack then that's more than likely to be the reason why it's not working.

    Otherwise do as madmav says...

    I mean if you did download it from Adobe, there's no reason why it shouldn't work is there?

    I am using the same code as the one on my main PC which is real not a crack.

    I found this a while back and yes it's not because of a cracked version, the full version also does it too.

    I remember finding this somewhere and saved it down :) Hope it will help you out Iced.

    Oh and Adobe will help you fix it like Madmav said. Why ask us when you could ask the creators of the program.
