is it possible for someone who doesn't live in america to get the money in his paypal balance sent to him in cash? like is there a website that does that? help me here , am lost.

Plus, if your...in the UK then, theres a uk version of paypal ._. which is actually better but meh. Like they said, all you do is give all your bank details (to me ) on the site, and it'll get sorted, takes a few days though

Hello, sorry but i have to bump this. when i created my paypal account i set the country to "United States" so i can get any ammount of money sent to me put in the balance immediatley , and now i want the money in cash when ever i go to the withdraw page and then to either Transfer funds to your bank account or Request a check from PayPal the country is United States and is unchangeable so i need someone to mail the money to me and take my paypal account (i live in israel) , or maybe theres a nother way to do it?

Is your paypal verified? If so send the money to the account on file, if not, add you bank account and then transfer the money.
Thats not the thing. When i go to the add a bank account page it says Add a US Bank account , well how am i supposed to add a non us account?.
is Israel an accepted country by Paypal? You probably need to create a new Israel account to have the money transferred to to it so that you can link it to an Israel bank
So is the reason that the title of the page says Add a US bank account is because thats what the country is set to and not because thats the only option?
that's correct my paypal account is registered under my country (not US) my paypal account is linked to my country bank account hope this helps
