Yea that's a BIG rule breaker unless the creater gave persmission to the peice to be used hmm mybe he/she got permission?

 

The image is the vectorgirl render Sanity Penguin did and he had permission to cut it

 

I cutted that pic by request on planetrenders. Said he had permission.

 

Doesnt mean it is allowed here. If YOU dont have permission you may not use it or sell it here. If YOU do have permission, have the original author PM me with their approval.

 

Then remove it I guess. Didn't know it was copyrighted when he requested it and I don't feel the need to go harassing the dude who originally made it...

 

You also need to refund the credits to those who bought the item from you. They also need to delete the file from the machine, or face the risk of being banned for it.

 

I never sold it... I just displayed it in the premium render section.

You realize (blind estimate) 80% of people don't realize that they are using a copyrighted image. Bryan probably has not idea what that image is from or maybe even what deviantart is. It is not out of control. He just needs to be notified. These people aren't trying to annoy you Memoir.

I don't even go to DeviantArt and I sure as hell don't have a clue on what all you can find on it and what's copyrighted or not...
