Ok. I'm pretty sure that the cut-outs on the left and right side of the "News - Finial Update" part are not equal in sizes. The right one is bigger than the left. The main content text is a little hard to read. Try changing the font a little. Try maybe adding some images to the content area to spice it up a little. Gaming template ? Why is there a "potfolio" link and a "music stuff" link ? Also what about space for match results etc... ? Not bad though. The banner is nice but doesn't say anything about a gaming template. Looking at this template nothing shows that it is a gaming template. Edit: 2007 ?
As for the alignment, i made this while i was stoned. As for the buttons i just write some random stuff. About the gaming stuff, well let me refrain myself: White Layout. -Thanks for the criticsm ill post some better stuff later.
Generally good and well designed. A few things detract from this: 1) Times is a silly font for content. For websites serif fonts only ever seem to do well in headers. Tahoma, verdana, trebuchet, arial are all good... 2) I would redo the banner and the sides because they seem to me the weakest parts of the design. Also try drop shadows to give depth to your layout (so that it's not so flat) 3) Looking at the size of your content boxes, you will have to write a substantial amount each time there is some 'news'. I would probably go with two columns unless you have a great deal to say.
The template itself is not bad. But I'm not a big fan of the fonts you choose to use. Over all it's nice.
Wow I really like it! The only thing I would change is the logo. besides that i think its sexy. great job
