Can't Send Creds

i owe 'ZoMG!! IT'S STiCk' 600 creds however when i try to send it to him it says that the person cannot be found. however i have never had this problem before so i know what im doing.

 

Copy and paste his name.

 

tried it already still dont work

 

it's the name

it has special characters
so you cannot send him anything

 

i dont have those things in front of my name ZoMG!! IT'S STiCk thats my name tbh

 

so what shall i do?

 

get a global mod to fine you for the amount of credits you owe him and then negatively fine him to give him the credits they removed from your account. normally that works from what ive seen.

 

that won't solve the problem in the long run ... best is to have a name change :/

 

For 1) its probably the spaces as well as the punctuation marks, as thats what the internet has special orders of letters and symbols to compensate for (see what it does when you go to a URL, like a folder with spaces in it?).

For 2) we can't force him to change his name, whereas we can help the topic poster get what they requested out of this. If it continues to be an issue, we may ask him to change his name, but I am assuming he has done transactions before (considering his post count and current credit amount) and I dont ever remember his name being brought up in the past for having this issue, so this must be the first time its happened here...

 

1) if I am not mistaken, it's actually the php script not accepting the exlaimation mark

2) IIRC he recently changed his name ... he was roundstick

and he does need a name change ... since he is selling tut and stuff ... I don't think a mod should help him with each and every transaction right?

 

He will have to get Shaggy to change his name, we cant send him the item due to his name.

i think i know the problem. since he used to be roundstick. and he changes his name. still his login = roundstick. try to send to roundstick
