    well if you want to lose weight, start running...protein will help u gain weight i think

    yes! jogging everyday... pushups.. pull ups.. the natural way... going to the gym makes you bigger.. not really lose weight.

    You will just get even more fatter if you dont work out after taking protein or taking it after a workout. Don't drink protien drinks or take pills unless you are going to do something.

    Drinking sports drinks or choc milk will help after exercie.
