OK, explain to me this: why is it that some of you people, now that you cannot say the word "---" or "i n t e r" or whatever, will go out and deliberately put "highest rank" or "p rofessional" or "---?" It's the same thing. You're breaking the same rule. The only difference is that now you're going out of your way to do it deliberately. NSL don't mean ----. This is www.gamerenders.com, not NSL.com. Their ratings apply to their site. They don't apply here. Apparently the GR staff does not support ratings at all. I personally think that they're a load of ----, and not just because I'm ---- at this tag making stuff. Do you think that it'll help you sell a tag? Do you think that slapping the words "--- at NSL" helps? If the tag is ----, it doesn't matter who made it, what crew they're in, or what their rank at NSL is. Grow up, people. The rating doesn't sell the item. The item sells it.
I agree. It's also funny when people rate tags as --- just because that's what the artist is rated, while the tag has never been rated.
No matter how annoyed you are, people still will always buy tags because of the name of the creater. Sorry, it's life.
Well yea, but there's a better chance it will be good if someone who's got 5,000 posts and like 20,000 credits made it then someone who has like 15 posts, and no credits. You usually can go by the name, but maybe it shouldn't be relied on as much.
Whether those rating words have been removed, it won't influence GR much. People will just put the name of the popular artists in their topic title, everybody already knows who's at a certain level, and who's not. You don't need to put their rating on whatever site, just the artists name these days. If it's a popular and well known artist, it will sell.
Actually, the rating does sell it sometimes, lol. Because I see some ugly sigs being sold, and because they say either p/r/o or i/n/t/e/r, the sigs get sold alot, so..Yeah, thats just the way I see it..
i completely agree with you, there are people rated i n ter there who in my opinion should be ------, etc etc. but naming a tag "------" etc, doesnt mean crap in my books
No. The rating does influence the selling. If you are out to buy something, don't tell me that you won't immediatly look at the titels that say ---. More wiews, more sellers. Unfortunally, a lot of pepole want creds, and their advertising is very often wrong. The word deserves a ban in my opinion. Too bad for the real --- I guess, but I have seen more fake titles than real ones. My only complain is the rate the artist thread. Oh, and no one in Gr is really ---. You do know what the word means do you?
