Stay away from protine supplaments BTW, thier not healthy for people under 21 with thier body still developing.

Potassium found in bannanas is good for bringing back energy after a workout aswell.

Wow, thanks everyone, my plan is high protein and eat a lot, high reps and sets and running as much as i can mostly likely 2 miles, black ice im not sure about what you're saying about protein shakes...most people on the football team use them.. and coaches dont say its a health risk or anything..

    For weight loss-

Treadmill - Run for 30 minnutes non stop - doesn't have to be fast, just CONTINUE RUNNING AND DO NOT STOP! Distance doesn't matter, as long as you KEEP RUNNING.

    Weights -

To lose some upper body fat -
Bench ~20% of your body weight 15 - 20 reps for a cardio workout (5 sets)

    Other weight workouts-
Do 30% of your 1 rep max weight for 15 - 20 reps - do 5 sets of each (This is NOT a lot - you are doing low weight)

i used to be fat then i lost about 50 pounds and wiehgt 160 now. i went to the gym everyday and dieted i didnt take any supplements or protein. the things i found out that work best are not eating late at night as in afte 8 o'clock. thats my limit. also i only drink waster and cut back on eating. not entirley but stick to 3 meals a day max dont eat snacks. if you feel the urge eat some fruit or something healthy. but where your at right now its going to be hard losing that weight so keep up the cardio a lot. and i wouldnt be doing an power lifting just toning. if you dont want to gain weight in muscle

If you're doing weights, the muscles you gain will raise your weight. However, the fat will disappear after consistant exercise. Your weight is decent if you're working out, actually. I wouldn't worry about that; muscle weighs more than fat.

I would suggest you eat lots of protein and drink tons of lemon water. Lemon water helps to clean out your system fast! I did this for about 6 months and lost 24 pounds.

This kid has the Idea, I run long distance also and am a very healthy person, I would like to say.

I am on a Vitamin Regiment, I run 26-38 miles a week, and eat basically all natural foods.

If you really want to be more healthy.

-Dont drink Soda, its hard I know, Dont do it.

-Dont Eat anything, with over 15 ingredients, and if they have less and you can prononouce half the words dont eat those either.

-Dont eat White Bread, Whole Grain is the Way to go

-Dont eat School Food, Bring a lunch I take a lunch to school every day, usually consists of; Water, Turkey/Ham/Roast Beef sandwich with lettuce on it, Pretzels, because they arent like chips. An Apple an Orange... and sometimes Ill cheat and bring like a Twinkie or something but not every day.

Stay away from fast food too, you might think this all sucks, but if you really work at you wont believe how much better you feel always. More Energy just all around better ..

Here is a great tip don't get fat in the first place, then you won't struggle will you. But if you are fat then just don't eat as much.
