Yo Mama Jokes

do you think that yo mama jokes have any meaning at all? i think they can turn any conversation into garbage. for example:

1: hey did u see that show last night?
2: yea it was kool. wat else did you do last night?
1: i dont know, nothing really
2: oh... well... i was doing your MAMA

i mean, whats the point of that? its probably a bad example i know, but you guys get what i mean.

btw, im not against yo mama jokes, i just think they should be sad at the right times, not any random moment

 

I remember when they were the "in" thing and people were using them all the time. Although, you don't hear them as much these days so I don't really see an issue.

 

Of course they're necessary!
Well I mean, they're never serious so being offended by them is just silly. And are any jokes really necessary? No. But we still make jokes, because they're funny. And yo momma jokes are just that.

I sometimes wonder about how necessary the dead baby jokes are, though.

 

I've never heard of any "dead baby" jokes and wouldn't want too.

 

Me and my freinds say mama jokes but only to have some laughs we dont mean it really. But I think they are rude when you really mean it.

I never acually hear people telling that joke out loud in my country. I guess we are much more politer than the West.

I remember a the times when ever it was impossiable to have a conversation without someone shouting Your Momma during it... but yeah i don't hear them as much. I don't have any problems with them so long as there not being said every 20 seconds.
