Ok well the same guy who wanted work out asked me to post this lol. he's pretty unhealthy, not like fat or anything, but just not really healthy. he doesnt get like sick alot or anything like that, but he knows he is cause he eats like junkfood and ---- lol. so his question is what are some realistic diets he can go on? aside from looking at the food pyramid, or just "eat fruits" some site or something idk lol.
Well, tell him to wash his face twice a day with soap if he has acne, it makes me feel well. <_< An interresting fact, to those of you who don't know. There is no connection between acne and what you eat. Yeah, proved. But you should advise him not to eat lots of fast food. I myself don't like it. Only like once a month. Acctually let me rephrase that, I like it but I don't eat it because I know I shouldn't. By the way, what do you mean exactly by unhealty? You mean he is just a little out of shape, be more specific please. Does he have a bad diet?
During Cross Country and track, I eat mostly natural food. Like no White Bread and stuff like that. All grain bread, look at labels on food, if there is more that 12 ingredients I usually dont eat it. During that time of the year, I eat unhealthy in winter.
Yes, eating healthy and sports are deffinitly the most important things you want to do if you want to be healthy. Not eating fast food is the absolute first step. Jus tell him to quit if he wants to progress. Than chocolate, dunno, I don't really think it is a good thing to eat if you want to be healtier fast. Tell him to eat more fruit too. I am vegetarian, and I eat a lot of fruit every day. There are substitues for meat if you are a vegan, and I have a lot of friends that have tryed to be so for just a while. (About a month) Just to feel better for themselfs. Kinda like your friend acctually. And if he is in good shape, that does not mean that he shouldn't exercise daily. Another interresting fact, you only have to WALK for about 30 minutes a day in order to be fiscally (spelling?) healty. Tell him to do that too.
doesnt like yogurt. well he plays basketball alot and gets tired easily lol ,but i think thats just cause of not TONS of exersise. hes good at running but not for long distances. what are some good substitutions for meat/protein? he only likes fast-food meats lol. and not anything else as far as meat goes
Im also on a vitamin regiment, and that helps alot to it boosts your immune system. Fruits, Lunch Meats, Vegetables, Not high in preservatives. All help out ones diet..... I also pack my own lunch, and dont eat food from school thats some nasty horrible stuff there lol
