    Things that usually cheer me up is friends, time to myself (I basicly just listen to music), and I tend to think about how stupid I acted (if I was angry). Usually time is what helps most.

    Playing pool and in the winter snowboarding. Skateboarding sometimes.

    i get really really sad when i do bad on a test. i eat ice cream and work out, and eventually i forget the fact i was depressed.
