    Well, I have figured out Super visual is the admin of TheLostElement.

    1-2 months ago, he sold me blt effects...

    As soon as he sent me a link, I was a bit suspicious...here it was-

    Well, I sold these to my friend with others for credits. He gave me permission to do all this, he is Black Ice, so he can post here since hes in with all this.

    Hey, yea Tiller sold me FR to these and a few other things a while back. Well, I was informed today that they were being given out for free on TLE.. I was confused and talked to Tiller about it who posted this for me.

    Have you asked him to take it down? You never said that he had to take it down. And you didn't realise that they were on TLE...hence the link?

    He said he was suspicious of the link. He didn't mention to Tiller that it was ever up there.

    PMed him on his website. Haven't gotten a response. How long should I give him to respond, so far its only been a few hours so..

    i pm'd him a week ago and no reponse on tle. and i told him to take it down...he didnt respond.

    Not part of the ripping or scamming, but I do believe you should take down the on the first post and in the pm pic because now people can just download the file for free.

    What does that mean? He sold it to Tiller for full right for 4.5k and left it on his site. Tiller asked him to remove it from his site a week ago with no response.

    The PM pic was him giving the link to downloadafter he sent 4.5k creds.

    I am also admin on TLE. I have removed the pack and the link no longer works.

    I have also editted the pack until this is cleared up.

    I still want the credits back.

    It was not suppose to be given out for free...

    It ruined my sale.

    Yeea, that is true.. We can't really sell it now since anyone could have downloaded it for free. He should have known when he sold it for full rights that it should have been taken down from TLE.

    Also, He replied on TLE. This is from ColdFustion, the posted of the topic on TLE
