Random Acces Memory Cleaners?? You mean when you removed the heatspreader from it and you want to clear up the thermale grease? Use some terpentine?

Be more specific next time and learn to use dots and capitals.

ROFL. Completly misunderstood the first post

Go into the control panel + Add/Remove Programs... and delete stuff you don't need.

Same goes for you because you can't speak normal english? USE DOTS AND CAPITALS AND COMPLETE SENTENCES.!
Get Ad-Aware and CCleaner. Search on it for google.

Not my problem. You only make it harder for someone to understand you. And the fact that this isn't a english classroom doesn't give you the right to talk like a ---in retard.

I AM GOING TO EDIT THIS POST WITH THE RRREEEEEAAAAALLLLLL
    ANSWER

This will make it to when you shut down and start up, it'll be a lot faster. And will increase ram and make it to where you dont have to CTRL+DEL and end proccess.

    You will click on start>Run...

    Type in msconfig

And then go to the Startup tab

Un-check all unneeded programs and hit apply, OK. If you don't know, this reffrencethis reference might help, if you are still unsure, leave it running. Try to disable as many as possible.

You also might want to buy more ram if you have under 128mb

to check to to My computer, right click, go to properties and it should tell you

a lot of companies are beginning to use solder so it is getting harder to remove heatsinks, you'd need to heat the module to about 80C and then let the heatspreader drop from pressure. Not worth the effort to me, at the very most you'll get a negligeable temp drop on your RAM.a
