    Well, I have two programs that are iPod related that are always running.

    iTunesServer.exe
    iPodHelper.exe

    Or something like that...

    I'm wondering if they should always be running... and what they do =p

    -.- I know how to disable, I'm wondering if they're important for iTunes to run...
