i guess you could put your emotions into your sigs or something like that, but for me i listen to music
look at it this way you got your arms and legs you got your hearing and sight you got your mind and logic you got a roof over your head and food in your stomach you have got more than a lot of people have theres always always going to be someone worse of than you accept it and move on
ROFL What I do when my beau isn't around (which is 9 months out of the year... :\), is I get creative. I either read, write, draw or just make graphics in Photoshop. You know I'm depressed when I constantly pump out a graphic one right after another the same day. That's all, really.
aww hun, i know it can get tough...i know...i've been diagnosed depressed...but i might be bipolar and as ppl who've read the 'emo' topics on here know...i've not had a good life, and i didn't deal with it in the best way before. it got so bad i'd hurt myself. but now...i just keep busy. even tho i have nothing to do, i'm done with school, i might be moving soon so i can't go get a job...i basically live on the computer... when i'm really down sometimes i like to watch funny vids on youtube...even if i don't feel like laughing, it helps lighten the mood...
Eh, I'm only depressed if I stay in one place doing nothing for too long. But I usually work out, play video games or go to the movies to cheer myself up, seeing someone fall on the ground helps too.
