    Reboot your computer!

It will flush your ram and then you should be able to open it.

post in computing next time ull get more answers

but ram is virtual memory so deleting files wont do anything

ram is used to store multiple things for temporary usage.

For example, it would take A good Proccessor and good amount of Ram to run:
    Photoshop,word,AutoCAD, Counter-strike, Firefox, Aim, Msn

so you might want to upgrade your ram by buying more

All big programs use alot of ram, ram is memory basically, and can only handle so much.

Deleting files won't do nothing, formatting your pc and re-installing, won't exactly do much good either, best thing to do is either get rid of some big programs, like photoshop, counterstrike, things like that.

    OR

Buy more ram for your pc.

    Good luck. ;)
