    Hello ppl!

    I need some advice on what caracteristics a Linux WebServer should have. (My own server)

    I need some info about the spec the comp should have such as: what kind of RAM, what processor, what PSU, etc...


    i would like the best possible bang/buck

    Well for a webserver 1gb ram, and a fairly decent processor would be advised. Are you planning on building your own or are you looking to rent one?

    I juest want it for a school project :)

    Also, what kind of RAM?

    the ram would really depend on the server and what it accepts

    It should be able to handle some LAN connections
