    Good picks, but why 'buy' home. You could 'buy' Pro but I would 'buy' it somewhere else...if you catch my drift.

    I wouldn't buy any OS, if I were you. Only 1 GB ram? Rest looks good, but I would choose some other parts if I were you. Also will you overclock or not? and where do you use it for? (gaming/office, etc) Also, make sure your ram is compatible with the motherboard because not all ram will work.

    Patriot ram is good enough, its quality is a lot better than most others. It all depends on what he is using it for, though.
