Virus Maybe?

so i have a problem.
my music or anyhting wont make sound. its like its muted by not. i have a Creative SoundBlaster! Live. i ran the diagnostic agent and it says that everything is working but nothing will play over the speakers. it used to be that anything played thru flash or anything on the internet minus WM10. now nothing will play. WinAmp will tell me that the sound drivers are all messed up but they arent.
help please

 

you tried reinstalling the latest drivers. or trying legacy drivers?

 

I dont think thats a virus, just try reinstalling the sound drivers

 

ive tried twice.
what are the legacy drivers?
update:
my can hear music and everything but audio over the internet is still dead. i cant hear it at all.
