can I ask why GAMERENDERS, no not GameGRAPHICS has no Render moderators? Draven is now one of those special people, apoc and kazuya left... lol I find it funny gameRENDRES rendermodless.. maybe im just an idiot for saying this? I dont visit the site to often anymore, becasue I joined a year ago for rendering, and renders.. nnow its all about OFF Topic, and tuts. =D

 

I noticed that to, promote Broken :lol:

When i first came it was for the renders, now it seems alot of people use this to get credits and then sell it for money....IMO. :huh:

 

yeaH! I render, but not good enough to be a render mod Im just an average 'premium' renderer, no kazuya

Nope, no tut guru.. we used to have liek 2 peple, I cant remember them tho, master was one I think? and Maybe red alert? I dont know :\ But this is mainly suppsoed to be a RENDER forum, and there are no main render moderaters..

We've condensed Tut Mod and all that into Sectional Moderator. Not to mention that as time's progressed, the demand for actual renders has started to drop since people now tend to use stocks more often.

 

Up to the GR staff at the end of the day....Red alert was one of them, but the Draven and Red Alert got promoted...The others were inactive...

EDIT: Oooo so i'm guessing that means no more Render Mods or Tut Gurus....There pointless really, Sectional mod is just as good.

 

So why not change the name? =D haha alright.. I was just curious axiombaby... there are 0 render mods, but like 9 global mods. lawl

Global mods over see the entire site, and we usually keep about 10 of them on staff.

We dropped render mods and tut gurus because to be perfectly honest, most of them where inactive. Like Axiom said, more people are using stocks these days then renders. So a high demand for render mods isnt neccessary. Not to mention, we have 3 sectional mods, so that is more then enough to cover renders, and any other sectional parts of the forums.

The only staff we did keep was IRC Mods. That way they can enforce the rules in the chatroom.

 

Yeah theres only one IRC mod too =D... I would be in the GR IRC 24/7 but I idle in another channel on like some other server than GR, and I dont think you can be on 2 at once.. but meh.. as for on topic, alright.. as I said, I was just curious...

so i guess both global and sectional mods are kind of render moderators, just with a different name. it is kind of surprising but the name shouldnt be too important. having special render moderators would just add more un-needed staff. thats my opinion.

you can! the easiest way is: File>Recent Servers>New Server Window
that is the best way to do it.
