Lets all hope Nintendo can actually follow their word on online capabilities this time... =P. And i think the ps3 is a bargin. If your an online gamer the Xbox live cost will stack up, making the ps3 (free online) in essance cheaper. and the ps3 has some great launch titles too.
WII, my friends (period) unless, of course, you wanna pay 500 bucks for a game system, and 70 bucks for the games.
if the ps3 online is anything like the ps2 online, ill just go ahead and pay the 5 bucks a month  still think Wii beats em all though
Yeah, the Wii shall beat them out. And itll give me a sweet workout. Even when im playing my fat video games
Hold up, didn't Sony do that already, with the PSP? If they were to do that, then it won't be really new and PS3 won't really count as a video gaming console since it's not only gaming. Music, Videos, Internet, and all o' that stuff doesn't count as video gaming.
I'm going to be buying both. I'm already saving for a PlayStation 3, and then after a year or so I'm going to get the Wii.
Wii, I might just buy it just to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Looks extremely good, and somewhat fun.
Playstation 3 gmv. Why? Just because the gfx will be so much better than the wii. The wii is more original though. And the PS3 has better online, etc. And I think the Wii will be awesome in the begin, but will be boring after 1 year.
My problems consist of: Wii -No DVD playback in any form (Which was promised) - Price/Performance ratio - Costly Accessories - Potential Longevity Issues - Quirky Gameplay (trying to incorporate the Wii-mote into games that would be better without it) - Region Locking on Virtual Console games (which takes most of the fun out of it) - The price of NES games (WTF!!!!) - Price of the Wiimote + Nunchuck ($60$ for both!!!) Xbox 360 - Possibility of future games requiring HD-DVD. - Having a short lifespan again. I know they have the most amount of games as of right now but after 3-4 years who knows? I still play my PS2 more than Xbox 360. - I'm tired of so many PC to Xbox 360 ports. PS3 - It's good bang for your buck but still costs too much for just a gaming console (or should I say computer?). - It's huge... Xbox 360 is moderately big in size but I don't know where I'd put it with all the crap I have other than letting it lay out on the floor. - Losing exclusive titles to Xbox 360... (which would negate my decision to buy one). - Mystery Online play. - Ridiculous level of costly downloadable content - Gimmicky last gen controller that lacks rumble In terms of specs wii is behind,360 and ps3 are pretty close. Im pimpin out my pc this gen so i can play good fpses
Wow. Really close! Wii for the Price PS3 cause it will more than likely have the majority of RPGs out of the 3 consoles.
