work those calfs bitch oen day low reps high resistance, another medium resistance insane number of rep. one set should do for each day, if doen properly, you shouldn't be walking right after either day(or at the very least for 1-2 hours after lifting)
Political correctness isn't the problem, its just the strict dress code we have. Plus most of the fun stuff got banned because of idiots from New York who moved here and decided to go way overboard and ruin it for everyone.
