This has always annoyed me , when i load up my games (example cs 16 ) they take a bit of time to load but not that long and when exiting the game the pc like freezes a bit , if i put more memory in my pc will this help the loading of the games run smoother ?

I use 512mb when i play that game. Thats all i have. More memory doesnt make it run smoother. I use a spyware or adware software to clean my computer and that helps it run better. Also what kind of video card do you have?

No dude you dont need any more ram. I use 512 and its very smooth and runs great. You might need to get a adaware program to clean your computer up. It makes it run faster. Also it might be because the game might not support your video card and not let you use the proformance from it. I had to get a new video card because of that.

Well, how long does it lag. I've plaied with nearly the exact same specs (1.7 ghz p4 processor instead) which is a lot worse and I dont have a problem when playing on the computer, so I relaly think you need to run some spyware and virus scanners. Also make sure you dont have 500 background processes when playing.
