I am sorry but I have talked to the other kid who is wanting t odo this.

This is a complete rip off, the kid is 13 and he wants you to pay for everything, including the Forums, License, Skin, Resources, etc.

He wants you to put forth $50 up front and he is only 13 and is putting nothing foward.

Ok first. We've already paid for the domain and the IPB license and the hosting. Secondyl I am also13 and i am putting towards the site $20 which I will obtain by selling credits. Thirdly we need the cash so we can get Professional resources to attract members to the site and get donations so that YOU the new owner can get your money back. So not this isn't a complete rip-off. It is actually a very good deal. You will get your money back, be the owner of a gfx site, and have unlimited resources to PRO tutorials, and resources. So next time please don't post spam or accuse people if you don't know what you're talking about.
