okay im not verified fully...i just got the last step to do which is to verify a credit card but i got a bank account attachted to my paypal account. I was wondeirng if i transfered some money from my bank account to my paypal account can i still send money or bid for stuff on ebay? because thats my main thing i wanted. was to bid on ebay
I think when you are fully verified, it just means you can transfer funds to and from your bank account without any waiting time. Don't pick me up on that though, I can't really remember why you have to verify yourself >.< OKAY I JUST CHECKED - you'll be able to do the following once you're Verified: * Lift your Sending and Withdrawal Limits * Send payments instantly using a bank account * Increase credibility with sellers and buyers, since being Verified means you have confirmed your identity
On some things you need to be verified, like buying memberships on sites etc. Also, some sellers on Ebay want you to be verified. When you're not verified you can also "only" send like 600 $ or something in total.
I dont think you need to be verrified to send money, and if ur paypal is hooked to your bank, you should have to tranfer? I donno I have my Debit Card, and My bank account both hooked to my paypal, and if Ive got no money in paypal, it takes it from my credit card, which is hooked to my bank (Keep in mind im 14 ) But I donno..
