You can get it places for free but its illegal. I know some one who has this i think.

 

Is this what you're looking for? Flash Player 7.0.24 was the closest to 7.0 I could find.

Update: I installed a version that recognized Opera, but it still doesnt work.
Fkin opera..damn you..I love you, but I hate you...gahh

I'll reinstall opera later and see if that helps
