Changing Logon Screen?

I have a quick question. I would like to install this new logon/welcome screen but I am unsure of how to do so. Can anyone help me out here?

you need probably a 3rd party program to do that, but most are dangerous. don't do it...

 

yup dont.. stick to classic Windows Login =P.. I changed mine before and my PC had to be reformatted.. even my bloody partitions

 

Just create another user account and you will get the other Windows XP user account login!

 

Well. If you REALLY need to...get something like Windows Blinds or etc. Theres many programs out there. WATCH OUT however, for ones with the TRIALS or limited BS.
