Okay so Ive got a ringtone I want, but i only want the beggiing, and Ive got it, but its to low, and you cant hear it at all on my phone, is there any way to raise the volume on the actual SOUND file, so i can download it to my phone so its louder?
Take the file on ur computer. Open it in Sound recorder in windows. (under entertainment in accessories i guess) then one of the tabs at the top says +volume that might work, might sound crappy too tho
