Laissez-faire Leadership Type..

    Well what is this kind of leadership type. I don't exactly understand it and i need to know please! Explain PLEASE and thanks!

    I'm pretty sure it means a hands off style governement where they dont interfere with private business

    I think...

    Correct me if im wrong

    Unstructured leadership where a manager gives subordinates direct decision-making responsibilities. While this is the weakest form of management style, it is consistent with employee Empowerment.

    It was a philosophy people had in the late 1800's and early 1900's, I believe that it meant that the government should not interfere with the work of Americans.

    Pretty much what hobomonkey said.

    it just means that the goverment stays out of the market.

    it means the governemnt won't try and change the tax rates, the discount rates, etc.
    The idea is that the market will stabilize itself, without the help/interference of the government

    Just as hobomonkeyc said, it's just a "hands-off" type of leadership, where nobody interferes.
