I take it you have an anti virus program. Boot into safe mode in windows (press f8 when the PC is booting and select safe mode from the list) then run a scan in safe mode. Reply back after you do that.
Trojans are annoying little things.. get a scanner, if you dont have one.. a trial will do, and yes go scan your pc, delete all the things it finds.. OR If you already know where the Trojan is.. go to it and delete it -_-
