Cutting Clips From Dvds

alright im pretty new to vid making but i like it i use windows movie maker until i can get a program can you recomend any and how do you cut clips from dvds

DivX is your solution. Use the convertor.

 

hm only program ive come across that lets you cut clips/frames is Camtasia

When you drag the file it shows you the film along its timeline and lets you cut frames out
