Well... ive been doing this workout for sometime now... I was wondering from some of you people if this is a good workout for someone like me...

    Age: 16
    Weight: 128
    Hieght: 5' 9"

    Workout:

    Pec's: 50 Pounds each side. 3 Sets of 20
    Abs: 40 Pounds. 3 Sets of 25
    Shoulders/Lats: 50 Pounds (each side). 3 Sets of 20
Triceps: 50 Pounds (each side). 3 sets of 15
Biceps: 50 Pounds (each side). 3 sets of 20

After a short break I do another circuit but cut everything in half except Abs, and Lats...

Is this a good workout curcut or what. Anything that might improve this would be helpful...

Also for everyone whos all like 'Well what about legs'? Well I run... so there.

seems pretty good to me though. try to get your wait up 5'9 128 is skinny and i can picture what you look like specially since my friends 6'1 and 132 lol. um o and running doesnt build leg muscle just builds endurance so work out your legs. leg press is rlly good

Yeah...you're not going to get anywhere leg strength wise with running. See if your gym has a leg curl/extension machine or even a leg press machine like Sandman suggested.

U mean like, u do 50 on per barbell?..

is that possible for your weight? xP I do like, 35 max for barbells and I weigh 150, and I'm pretty lean.

What kinda pec workout do you do?
A bench press will help your lower pecs, but to get the upper part do inclined bench press to fill out your entire pec.

You dont have to spend too much time on abs ye know, once you get them to a decent size and such then it will be fine. Plus the main part about showing your abs is being lean in the stomach area.

    any forearm workout?
    :P

btw, As far as I hear squats/hacks > anything else for legs

running is more cardio, which for cardio swimming is best if u can do that

    Thanks for the help.

128 was from about 2 months ago... appaently im 132 pounds now...

Sandman I doubt I look like what your thinking... if im thinking what your thinking.

Diablo, for Pec's I do butterfly, I used to to Bench Press but then I recently stopped about a week ago. And I know the ab thing but when I started I was not comftorable with the size, and im still not.

    Thanks for the whole, running = cardio thingy and all but I find running a great thing for endurance, and runniing more means I get more oxygen to the muscles in my body and yada yada yada... thats why I was talking about running, its not going to define my legs but it makes me have much more endurance and ill need that if I join Water Polo D;

Anyways thanks for all the help guys.
