    they'll prolly just call to your house and scan your hard drive for logs.
    Just go to
    Start>Run>Regedit and go to hkey machine and look for a windows folder and delete that file..shell something.
    and it'll scrap your logs.
    Then restart.

    To be honest, i can see them doing more for you's wasting their time.
