    i see, i have something like this, exept CD drives, it says i have 3 but i only have 1. its odd, im looking for an explenation to.

    Justan, have you ever used DAEMON tools or Alchohol 120%?

    i think this is daemon tools

    unmound all drives through daemon ;)

    Nahh, DAEMON creates DVD-ROM drives.

    They are virtual drives

    Unless you edited the drive settings 'Add 12 virtual drives' i think thats what it done but the icon is for memory sticks and not in the shape of DVD drive

    I know it's a pain, especially if you're a 'power user', but could you give us a list of all software in the Add/Remove panel? This will help us to better diagnose your problem.

    If you have a card reader in your PC these drives will show up.

    Not necessarily true. Maybe with certain card readers, but I don't have that problem.
