Website Template

I need a website template for my website. www.mooseweb.net

I need it to have the following in it:

Colors: Blue, Dark blue, Black, Light blue
Header Picture:

I need the following tabs:
-Home
-Forums
-Arcade
-Profile

I also need help learning how to code the application. If someone would be willing to HELP (NOT DO) me.

Do you want that as the banner? because thats too small I believe. Just giv eme a quick sketch of what you want and I will make it.

Also you already have a pretty good template there.

but I need to know this. if I do make it how will you pay me? Through paypal or something?

How much are you willing to spend?

um i could do something
how would u pay?

Never mind I found a professional graphics designer willing to do something for free.
