Hey, im trying to burn a DVD, and the movie just fits, But because Nero decides to add a little of the titles and extra things, it goes over.

Can someone tell me how to split up the movie so i can put it on two CD's Without taking away any of the quality.

have you try burning it as a vcd? what type of file is it avi, mpeg, wmv etc.. Are trying to burn it so you can watch it on a dvd player? I use to use nero burn the quality always came out crappy than the original. I switched to convertx to dvd and had better luck http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/

you could get a program that actually shrinks the dvd. www.dvdshrink.org . I have a few programs on my computer that shrink videos. Another program that i use sometimes to shrink dvds is Ashampoo Movie Shrink & Burn. I stopped using Nero all for one reason. ITS TOO SLOW, i now use CloneDVD the qualtiy is awesome no issues.

in nero select the bitrate as a bit less (normally this wont take down the quality cuz the average bitrate is so high)
