If they do it to pull up there pants then why don't thewy grab the side or the back of there pants. They have to grab the part where there dick is (not even by the waste line let me mind you ; D.)
I've seen a few of them wear belts, but they don't wear them tight enough to hold up their pants. I personally don't like belts. I walk into clubs, guys wearing lowriders.. dancing.. constantly pulling their pants up. Not cool. :mellow:
