    how can i make it so it's alphabetized?

    under all programs, right click and choose sort by name

    Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
    Click Advanced tab and enable Enable Dragging and Dropping
    this will enable right click in the start menu

    Go to your mouse settings to check if the settings are right so you can right click - But what marforce said is how you do it
