What Game Got You Into Gaming?

thread title says it all.

me.....it had to be tetris. it was so fun and addicting. easy to learn and anyone could just pick it up and start playing. from there it expanded....

 

Well i used to game but once i got Warcraft 3 i went from playing for 1 hour aday to maybe 3 then i got wow and got from 3 hours to even 16 hours. so basicly i played blizzard games and they so good!

 

Well..BattleToads and Double Dragons(for nes) got me into gaming.

it would have to be watching my dad play yoshi's island ( when ur mario and yhou run around on yoshi) for snes when i was 3-4

 

erm... pc gaming or platform?

for platform it was ape escape and for pc it was DF1

 

in general. like what started it all. ^_^

 

Some old game that I forget the name, it was when I am 5 years old and now I am 17.

 

Are we talking gaming in general or when we started gaming hardcore?

my first game i play was Super Mario i played that for abit when i was young. prolly Diablo 2 WC3 or WOW got me going hardcore

heh, when I was little, my dad and I would LAN co-op lots of PC games.

Doom 1/2, Wolfenstein (I think...not sure if that one had LAN/co-op), the Descent games, and all of the Duke Nukem series. And the first game I went out and said "I want this" was Raptor, oooold game, still play it every once in a while til this day. Gotta love the classics. =)
