ya he must have removed it from his PB. AM McFarlane saw it. ill try to have him post for more proof.

I got a screenshot. I reported this a few days ago at Chaosgfx and saw it already reported here, so I didnt bother. But here's what I posted. It's now being reviewd by the staff cuz it's very questionable since there was a detailted tutorial on it, and the tutorial told where to get the wallpaper. I'm not 100% sure because there is a tutorial on this, and it was being sold on GR, but it's way too close... He replied and admitted to me that he ripped a few layers but after neon told him to delete it from his PB he did. Unfortunately for him, that doesn't matter. Banned now.
